Nestled in rainforest at the base of the World Heritage Listed Springbrook National Park on the NSW/Qld border, a limited number of guests share our 250-acre private rainforest only with green tree frogs and abundant bird-life.
The surrounds may be unspoiled, but guests are definitely not. Winner of international and Australian tourism awards, seclusion, privacy and an exquisite natural backdrop make Crystal Creek the ideal stop off in your busy schedule to relax and unwind.

Usually located on rainforest or bush blocks, Eco Lodges and Nature Retreats may be accredited under NEAP*, or they choose to adhere to the general Code of Practice for Ecotourism Operators, with environmentally friendly accomodation, facilities and measures in place.
These often include: recycling program, energy-efficient light globes, use of environmentally friendly cleaning products, low-flow toilets (standard dual flush here in Australia) and low flow showerheads, vege garden, on-site rainwater harvesting and solar grid connect power generation.
Many operators also participate in environmental conservation and rehabilitation programs, and/or educational or scientific monitoring programs. Passive activities like bushwalking and bird watching will generally be available on site. Most hosts will also have a library of relevant books and local information. Tariff is indicative only (per night/off peak).
