Featuring the definitive traditional rhythms of OKA and attracting many other culturally exotic musicians, dancers and performers, the family day is one not to be missed.

Tyalgum Diggers Family Day Updated

Usually held on the last Saturday in July, Tyalgum Diggers has rescheduled this year (due to wet weather in July) to SATURDAY, 31 October, 2009.  A great family day out something for everyone. Rodeo, gymkhana, woodchop event, competitions, raffles, market stalls, displays, live music, rides, arts and crafts, barrel racing, rural bush fire brigade display and more!

 The Northern Rivers Symphony Orchestra (NRSO) is a non-profit organisation offering a wide variety of high quality, affordable musical productions to local communities. Originally an eighteen-member chamber ensemble founded by Barry Singh in 1993 in Murwillumbah, the Orchestra now draws as many as 60 players from as far afield as Lismore, Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Lismore Symphony Orchestra.  Formed in the latter half of 2003, the Orchestra is relatively small, with 40 players.  Totally self funded, it receives its money from ticket sales, members fees and donations, it is committed to providing affordable, top quality performances to a wide audience.
