Usually with resident managers, these are multi-story apartments, walk-up or with lift (elevator).  On-site facilities may include swimming pool, BBQ, recreation facilities, and tour booking services.

Holiday apartments (condo's) will have separate bedrooms, lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom/s and laundry. Bed linen and bath towels are usually included, or available for hire.  Tariff is indicative only (per night/off peak).

NB International visitors:  These listing are "serviced apartments"; self contained, self catering apartment complexes, not "full service" accommodation. A "serviced apartment" is cleaned and linen is changed weekly, on departure, or by request.  "Full service" accommodation offering room service, turn down service, housekeeping, valet parking etc. can be found at international luxury hotels (Gold Coast, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise), or when specified by the host.  We suggest that if you require "full service" attention, confirm this is available before booking, to avoid disappointment.
